摘要
介绍一种以稀土作添加剂的低铬酸浓度镀铬液，测定了槽液性能和铬层硬度，讨论了各因素对工艺的影响。
A dilute formulation bath for chromium plating with the addition of rare earth(s) was proposed. Performances of the bath and hardness of the film obtained were examined. Effects of bath components and working conditions are discussed.
