摘要 手电筒开关小零件电镀过去采用电镀氰化锌铜合金然后挂镀铬的工艺,生产效率低,三废治理费用大。采用滚镀镍再滚镀锡钴锌代铬镀层的方法,可克服上述缺点。测试了组合镀层的耐蚀性和耐磨性能。阐述了代铬镀液维护和故障排除方法。 The former art for electroplating flashlight switches includes ack plating first in a Zn-Cu alloy cyanide based bath and then in chromium plating bath, resulting in low efficiency and high waste-treatment cost. To eliminate such shortcomings, a new coating combination, nickel plus chromium-like S n-Co-Zn alloy deposit, which may be obtained from barrel plating process is suggested. Corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the combination coating are determined. Maintenance and trouble shooting of the Sn-Co-Zn plating bath are described.
