摘要
研究了化学镀Ni-P-SiC复合镀层的工艺、镀液组成和镀层性能。镀液中的SiC微粒含量为10~15g/L时,可得到硬度和耐蚀都较高的镀层。
Electroless plating process for Ni-P-SiC composite coating as well as itS bath formulation and film properties is studied. Composite coating With optimum hardness and corrosion resistance may be obtained When SiC particles in the plating bath is at a concentration of 10-15g/L.
