摘要
用动电位扫描法研究了在氯化物镀液中电沉积Zn-Co-P合金时的阴极行为。认为在镇液中加入配体柠檬酸钠可以提高阴极极化,加入次磷酸钠有利于合金镀层的形成。
Cathodic behavior in electrodeposition of Zn-Co-P alloy from chloride hoed bath was studied by potential dynamic method.The result showed that cathodic polarization increases with the addition of complexant trisodium citrate and that formation of the alloy deposit is facilitated by addition of sodium hypophosphite.
