摘要
本文从静电场的基本方程出发,用二维有限元方法对电极周围的电场分布进行了分析和计算。结果发现,在电极主间隙外,附极套管常破裂处的场强最大。这是导致该处击穿的主要原因。在此基础上,对电极结构尺寸进行了改进,从而根本解决了附极杆套管内侧的破裂问题。
From the basic theory of the static electrical field . by using ZD FEM . the electric fieldaround the electrode is calculated and analysed , the calculated results show that the electricalfield density at the broken position is too strong, and this is a most important reason of itsdamage. On the basis of the calculation, an improved electrode is designed.
