摘要
本文将磁通轨迹PWM控制策略运用于中,高频调速控制中,实现了低频到中高频率范围的正弦波输出。为了扩大频率的输出范围,文中提出了一种基于原控制策略的高频控制方法。使得输出的基波频率得到进一步提高,并应用于所设计的实验调速系统中。实验系统采用新型功率器件IGBT,并以高性能单片机H8/532作为CPU构成调速率统的主控部分,实现了全数字化控制。系统在小型异步电动机上做了部分实验,结果表明.电压波形的谐波含量是比较小的。己达到的主要技术指标:输出基波频率最高到2000Hz,开关频率10kHz以上。
PWM technique using microcomputer has been widely used in motor control system.However,the computing time delay,as well as high-switching frequency,becomes a seriousobstacle in their application to super一high-speed drive systems,In this paper,a magneticflux PWM control method for digital super-high-speed induction motor drive system is pro-posed.It is shown that the proposed strategy has a simple PWM switching pattern by con-trolling the voltage space vectors. Some experimental results,which were obtained on asmall squirrel-cage induction motor driven by the system,show that the system is with lessharmonics in voItage and less distortion of stator current.
