摘要 异步机矢量控空制系统已得到广泛应用.现场凋试最大的困难是不知如何设定电机参数,矢量控制系统要求没定Rr、Tr、L和Rs。它们通常通过空载和短路宾验测取,但现场不具备做这些试验的条件。本文介绍一种利用PWM变频器本身在电机运行前自动测取上述参数,然后自动设定到系统中的技术--电机参数自设定。实验结果证明该技术可行,解决了上述困难。 Vector control systems of induction motors have been widely used. The most difficult thing for commissioning the systems is that one does not know how to set motor parameters Rr、Tr、 L and Rs. They usually are measured by means of no-load and short circuit tests of the motors. but it is imPOssible to do those tests when commission.A new technique, self-setting of the motor parameters, can be employed to measure and set them automatically before running by using PWM inverter itself. Experiment results show that the technique can be practically used and above difficulty is solved.
