It is exPOunded that a kind of control system is made of a programmable controller and electronic circuit. This compositional control system resembles general computer control system in intelligent control operating fashion. Design and principle of the intelligent control operating board and the system design principle with which system design should be complied are discussed. In the theory, information exchange and time order co-ordination are explained between PLC and the electronic circuit. The peper offers information exchange system softwere construction and hardware construction of the electronic circuit. The design method of the intelligent operating fashi on is suited for all types of PLC.
