摘要
旋转扭振是内燃机曲轴轴系无法避免的问题,为研究这种振动的后果及用动力消除这种振动的方法,需要一种能真实地模拟内燃机轴系在旋转时又扭振的装置。本文描述以电动机为基础的动力模拟系统,为旋转扭振模拟探索了一种新方法。本文提出的系统经过实验验证,达到设计要求。文中还对系统进行计算机程序仿真,为进一步研究该系统提供有力手段。
Rotating torsional vibration is a problem which is tightly attached to the crank system of the internal - combustion engine. A device which can truely simulate this kind of vibration is needed to investigate the consequence of the vibration and find dynamic method to kill the vibration. A novel dynamic simulation system based on the electric motors is presented. That will lead to a new method of simulating the rotating torsional vibration.The design requirements are reached with the proof of tests. In addition, the whole system is simulated with computer programmes to make it easy to do the advanced research work.
