本文阐述了方波交流晶闸管弧焊机微机控制系统硬件电路的原理和软件模块化结构；介绍了焊机的恒流控制算法和动特性控制算法。实验结果表明，本文所研制的焊机焊接过程稳定，飞溅小，操作方便。

The principles and structure of a control system for an AC square wave thyristor welderwas described.And the calculating methods of constant current and dynamic characters was also deaIt with.The exper iments showed that the welder was with stable welding process and small spatter and easy to use.
