国外汽车工业焊接技术与设备的现状及当代的发展趋势

The Current State and Developing Tendency about the Welding Technology and Equipment of Eoreign Automobile Industry

通过对国外８０年代汽车工业的车身焊装线、汽车零部件、新材料、新工艺等多方面情况分析，得知国外汽车工业广泛应用了各类机器人，且机器人已发展到六个自由度以上，尤其点焊机器人，采用了点焊钳转换装置；同时又发展了逆变控制技术；多点焊机也采用了柔性体制。表明了，国外汽车工业焊接技术与设备已实现了高度自动化、柔性化。预计９０年代它将会朝着更高的自动化、柔性化方向发展。

Through the analysis about the automobile body welding assembly line、spare parts、newmaterials、new technology of foreign automobile industry in the 1980's, it is known that all kinds of robotsare widely used in the foreign automobile industry,the freedom degree of the robots is more than 6. Spotwelding clamp changing device are especially used on spot-welding robots. In the mean time , invertercontrol technology and flexible system for multi-spot welder are developed.It shows that foreign automobilewelding technology has become highly automated and flexible.It is estimated that it will become muchhighder automated and flexible.
