电容储能螺柱焊机的放电电路结构与性能探索

Discharge Circuit Form and Feature of Capacitor Discharge Stud Equipment

本文对电容储能螺柱焊机的放电电路结构与性能进行了探索，设计了由两组电容器延时两次放电的放电路，并对不同电容量及放电次数情况下的放电电流波形进行了计算机模拟及相应的模拟焊接试验。结果表明：本文设计的这种放电电路能获得具有较理想的焊接工艺性的电流波形。

In this paper,author studied the discharge cirouit form and feature of capacitor dischargestud welding equipment,designed a circuitin which two sets capacitors discharge respectiveiy and madecomputersimulation and simulated welding test on waveform of discharge currentin diffrent capacitances anddischarge times.Results expressed,thedischarge circult designed by author can obtain the current waveformthat have good welding technology.
