摘要
对于国外超声波塑料焊机的应用,焊头设计是必经环节。本文利用一维弹性振动理论进行了焊头理论设计,同时利用焊机自检系统对其频率进行修正。通过对焊头频率随轴向尺寸变化规律的探讨分析发现:事先放大焊头小端的轴向尺寸不乏是一种可取、实用的焊头设计方法。
In the service of the ultrasonic plastic Welder abroad, the design of the horn is necessary.In this paper the horn is designed according to the theory of one-dimension elastic vibration,and itsfrequency is checked and crrected throgh the Welder's self-checking system. The relation between thehorn's frequency and its axial dimension is studied and it shows that it is acceptable and practical method toexpand the axial dimension of the small part in the design of the horn.
