摘要
以单因素试验及考虑交互作用的三因素三水平正交试验为基础,对YG6X、YW1、YT15刀具超声振动车削1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢工件后刀面磨损的影响因素进行研究与分析。
In this paper the cutting tool wear VB of ultrasonic vibration turning is researched and analyzed based on the experiments of single factor and the orthogonal experiments of three factors three levels in which the intereffects of the factors areconsidered. The materials of the cutting tools are YG6X, YW1 and YT15 and of the workpiece is stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti.
