摘要
本文针对当前电网运行管理决策中存在的问题,提出了在电力系统中建立分布式智能决策运行系统的思想,并对分布式智能决策支持系统的结点结构及结点间的合作与协调问题进行了探讨,最后给出了一个实际的电网运行调度管理的分布式智能决策支持系统的设计方案.
In this paper, based on the principle of Artificial Intelligence and the technique of Distributed Decision Making, an ideology of developing distributed intelligent decision support system in power system is peescnt to solve the problems being in the operation and management of power system. And the struture of nodes in distributed intelligent decision support system (DIDSS) is discussed. A structure of distributed intelligeni blackboard is proposed to solve the coordination problems bctween nodes in DIDSS. Finally, a scheme of DIDSS for dispatch and operation management in power system is given.
