摘要 本文根据MARKOV过程理论,提出了一种新的确定BES系统蓄能容量的方法。它直接在裕度停运容量模型的基础上,以缺电频率和电力不足概念(LOLP)为约束条件,给出了系统的最优蓄能容量及逆变器的额定功率。最后,以IEEE-RTS为例作了计算、分析。 The paper presents a novel method of calculating the capacity of Battery Energy Storage System (EMS) based on Markov Process theory.On the basis of Margin capacity table,the optimal capacity of battery and the rated power of invertor are given under the constrains of the probability and frequency of loss of load.At last,the method is tested ising the IEEE Reliability Test System and the result is also given.
