摘要
结合海外某大型工厂环保监测的实际需要,将电力系统中SCADA系统引入环保领域,简单讨论了环保监测系统的软件结构、软件功能及通信系统的设计原则。
According to the specification of the Environment Protection of a forign large enterprise, a PC based dedicated SCADA system was successfully daveloped. This paper describes the software structure, function and the design principle of the communication subsystem.
