摘要
系统阐述了县供电企业计算机管理系统开发的方法和过程，用结构化方法对系统的分析与设计进行了描述，提出了系统的设计方案，对用电管理和生产技术管理子系统中的各功能重点进行了说明，并简要介绍系统实现中所应用的主要技术。
The paper systemtically sets forth the method and procedure of the development ofcomputer management system for county electric power supply companies.The analysis anddesign of the system is described with structured method.Functions of the electricity usagemanagement subsystem and production technology management subsystem are introduced.Themain technologies used in the system is also briefly illustrated.
