摘要
中国南方互联电网由粤、桂、滇、黔4省(区)于1993年8月并网而形成,并与港、澳联网运行。南方互联电网在国内首先实行以经济手段为基础的商业化运营模式。在这种模式下,电能作为一种商品进入电网,形成电能市场,因而要求有精确和可靠的计量来作为电量的交易尺度和支付的依据。传统的计量方式已不能满足电网电能市场的需要,采用高精度、高可靠性的自动化电能计量计费系统是电网运营商业化的必然趋势。本文就南方电力公司在电能计量计费系统选型方面进行调查、积累和思索,对商业化运营电网的电能计量计费系统应该考虑的问题作较实际的探讨。
South China interconnect electric power network is formed of four power networks ofGuangdong,Guangxi,Yunnan and Guizhou provinces. It connects with power systems of HongKong & Macao. This network operates on the basis of economic trading and commercializationmode,and an energy market has been established.In such cases traditional measurement nolonger meets the reguirements of the energy market,a high accurate and high reliable automaticenergy metering&cost counting system is needed. This paper presents some ideas on this aspect.
