摘要
讨论高压变电站综合自动化系统的结构和通信方案。推荐采用分层分布结构;各单元智能型设备独立,分别接于站内工业总线;保护下放就地,其主要功能不依靠通信网;故障记录应避免重复设置;站内计算机通信网应采用符合国际标准的开放式系统,应统一单元级及站级工业网或局域网的通信规约。
n this paper,the structure and communication of the high voltage integratedsubstation automation system is discussed.In order to guarantee reliability and expandability,the hierarchical and distributed control system is recommended.Intelligent electronic devices ofeach bay are connected independently to the field bus or LAN of the substation. Protection relaysare decentralized and located near switchgears. The protection function is independent of thecommunication system. The computer network shall be applied with international standard OSI.The communication protocal shall be unified and adaptcd to international standard.
