国内外变电站无人值班与综合自动化技术发展综述

TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT SUMMARY OF UNMANNED AND COMPREHENSIVE AUTOMATION SYSTEMS FOR FOREIGN & DOMESTIC SUBSTATIONS

根据近年来的资料，对国外几家主要电气厂商的变电站综合自动化系统进行了论述，讨论了它们的配置、结构、功能，在此基础上介绍了三个主要学术团体在该领域内所做的技术规范和标准化工作；对国内厂商在这一领域的发展进行了概括和总结；并比较和分析了国内外产品的长处和不足，结合我国的实际情况提出了作者的建议。

This paper describes the substation control systems of several foreign companies.Thier configuration,structure,function are discussed.It introduces the main work of threeacademic groups in the field of norm or standard.R &D of some domestic suppliers aresummarized and the differences between both foreign and domestic products are compared andrevealed.In the end some suggestions are given.
