This paper describes some situations to make the waste heat recovery and utilization perfectly using systems engineering, it consists of enhancing workers' n(?)ognization to waste heat recovery and utilization from the viewpoint of systematical energy-saving, making systems analysis and formulating optimum operation plan, paying atteation to the systematical energy-saving benefits of waste heat recovery and utilization, enlarging the range of waste heat recovery and utilization based on whole system.
