在热轧带钢车间的燃煤加热炉上由于受到煤质的影响,轧后带钢表面容易产生红斑夹杂。本文介绍了在这座炉子上改用煤油混烧以提高加热能力,改善加热质量和降低燃耗的情况。

As the quality of coal used in coal-fired reheating furnace at hot rolling strip shop is unstable, at the surface of strip steel rolled the red spot inclusions are produced easily. This paper introduces the situation of this furnace from coal-fired to mixed combustion of coal and oil for enhancing the heating ability and improving the heating process and decreasing the fuel consumption.
