初探“三合一”乳化油的制备与燃烧

PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION TO PREPARATION AND COMBUSTION OF WATER-IN-OIL EMULSION ADDED WITH ENERGY-SAVING AGENT

金城造纸厂烧乳化油的时间很长,曾使用过多种制备乳化油的方法。本文在比较了各种乳化油制备方法和肯定“三合一”制备法有最好效果的基础上,介绍了制备“三合一”乳化油的设备、工艺及在锅炉上的使用效果,对乳化油的燃烧机理也做了初步分析。

The use of emulsified oil as boiler fuel has been taken for a long time in Jincheng Paper-making plant, and a number of emulsification methods have been used. On the basis of comparing all kinds of emulsification methods and confirming the best effect of preparing water-in-oil emulsion added with energy-saving agent, this paper introduces the equipment and technique of preparing water-in-oil emulsion added with energy-saving agent and its application effects in boiler. The combustion mechanism of emulsified oil is also analysed preliminarily in this paper.
