摘要
当前全国轧钢加热炉仍有许多在烧燃料油,如何节约这些炉子的用油量已成为人们普遍关心的问题。本文介绍了天津轧钢二厂采用沈港节能剂有限公司生产的全自动油水搅拌机和添加节能剂的重油掺水乳化方法,取代原有的超声波簧片哨式油水乳化方法的使用情况,结果表明可节油5.98～12％。
At present there remain a number of oil-fired steel rolling reheating furnace, and much attention has been paid to how to save oil used. This paper introduces the method to prepare water-in-oil emulsion with full-automatic oil-water mixer and energy-saving agent which are produced by SHESAC instead of ultra-sonic reed whistle emulsification, the results show that oil-saving can reach 5.98 to 12 per cent.
