The merit of the on -line fuzzy process algorithm is introduced in this paper,and this algorithm will be used in the microcomputer control system of the steel tube cold roll mill. Through the checking and verification of the computer emulation,its result shows that the microcomputer control system will have the remarkable economical effect upon the energy economization and the product quality improvement. Therefore,it will be worth recommendation and usage.
