锌电解工序的电耗分析

摘要 本文对影响锌电解过程电能消耗的各种因素进行了深入的理论分析和理论量化计算,结果表明现行的锌电解工艺,其节电极限为10%~15%;提出了锌电解工序的节电对策及今后的展望。 The various factors affecting the electric consumption in zinc electrowinning process were analysed theoretically,and the quantitive calculation was carried out by introducing theoretical equation, and the results show that the power-saving limitation in present zinc electrowinning process is 10 to 15 er cent, in addition, the power-saving measures and its perspective are also proposed.
