摘要
以焦油渣作剂生产工业型煤,是资源条件和环保要求所确定的一个合理选择。鞍山热能研究所多年来致力于型煤生产技术的研究,取得了一批有成效的科研成果。本文介绍的是该所为齐齐哈尔钢厂利用该厂烟煤冷煤气站回收的焦油渣作粘结剂,年产锅(?)型煤2万吨的工厂设计。生产实践表明:设计中选取的工艺流程合理、投资省、见效快,是可以推广的生产技术。
It is a rational way to produce formed coal used in industry with tar deposits as binder in regard to the resourees and the requirement of envitonmental protection. In Anshan Research Institute ofThermo-energy (ARIT), the technology of producing formed coal has been investigated for many years and many valuable achievements have made. This paper introduces a design,made by ARIT, o; formed coal plant for Qiqihaer Steel Works. The plant uses tar deposits aS binder to produce formed coal used in industry,the scale of which is about 20000 tons of formed coal annuslly. The production has indicated that the process is rational, low capital invested and high profitable,production technique worth to introduce.
