关于减少铁水热损失的研讨

摘要 从炼铁厂高炉出铁到炼钢厂把铁水兑入混铁炉这段时间同人,铁水温度的下降虽是不;可避免的,但采取措施尽量减少它的温降,对提高炼钢吃废钢能力和降低企业能耗有很大的意义。本文在查清铁水罐的热损注射的基础上,着重介绍了减少热损影响最大的铁水面加盖保温剂和罐体侧壁采用轻质绝热砖措施的试验情况。 In the period of melted in on from tapping of B.F.in Ironmaking Works to mixing it into mixer in Steelmaking Works it is irevitable for the temrerature of mekei ircn to be lowered, however, decreasing its temperature drep by taking come measuses wiil play a great note in enhancing the capacities of eating scrap in ronverter and reducing the energy conssmetion of enterprise. Based on the heat less flow of ladle known this paper mainly in roduces the expe iences of adding thermal insulation agents on the strface of melted iron and irstalling light-weight heat insulation tefractories in ladle lining which have great inflrence on reitcing the heat losses.
