摘要 本文介绍了一种高性能全数字化正弦波驱动的永磁同步电动机伺服系统。该系统基于矢量控制的原理,采用两片 INTEL8098单片机进行控制,包括双机控制回路、整流逆变装置、旋转变压器和一台17N·m 的永磁同步电机。整个控制回路采用软件实现,调整容易。实验结果表明,采用全数字化控制,能够提高控制精度,增强系统的可靠性及灵活性。 This paper describes a high performance full digital servo system of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM).Based on vector control principle,the system is controlled by double single-chip microcomputers (INTEL 8098).The system mainly consists of a multicomputer architecture,a transistor inverter,a resolver and a 17 N·m PMSM.The control drive circuit is realized by software.It makes the system achieve high flexibility.Experi- mental result demonstrats that the system is capable to improve performance in terms of precision of control action, reliability and flexibility.
