烧冲复合伤时几种骨髓细胞的超微结构变化 被引量:1

摘要 本文对严重烧冲复合伤狗的骨髓组织和外周血白细胞进行了组织学和超微结构观察。结果表明,伤后1天骨髓成熟粒细胞明显减少,3~5天骨髓有核细胞减少。多种骨髓造血细胞出现超微结构变化,原、幼粒细胞和浆细胞的变化最明显。外周血出现少量退变的幼稚和成熟白细胞。骨髓成熟粒细胞减少主要是释放入血加速的结果,有核细胞减少表明造血细胞的增殖、分化受到抑制。原始和幼稚血细胞的病理变化可能是影响细胞增殖、分化的1个重要原因。 The bone marrow hematopoietic cells and are examined histoiogically and ul-trastructurally in dogs inflicted with combined burn-blast injury. 24 h postinjury in bone marrow the polymorphonuclear leucocytes decrease, in 3-5 d postinjury the nucleated cells diminish. Ultrastructurally swelling of nuclei, swelling and vacuo-lation of mitochondria, dilation and degranulation of rough endoplasmic reticulum are observed in the hematopoietic cells, especially in myeloblasts, promyelocytes and plasma cells. Degenerated myelocytes are observed in the peripheral blood. The results indicate: immediately after injury the release of mature leucocytes from bone marrow is accelerated. Proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic cells may be restrained, resulting in diminution of nucleated cells in bone marrow. The pathological change of hematopoietic cells may be an important cause of this phenomenon, and may be responsible for the abnormality of neutrophilic functions often occuring after severe burns.
