摘要
本文论述了实时电价的概念、功能以及它与现行电价的不同点，介绍了它的构成形式，并讨论了在实时电价中用户应如何随电价的变化而调整自己的用电需求，及电力市场中实时电价的几种表现形式。
In this paper the concept,the functionof spot price,the differences between spot price andcurrent price are reviewed.The structure of spot priceis proposed also。It is discussed that how customers toadjust their consumption of electricity as changes ofspot price. Finally,the paper gives some types of spotprice in electric power market.
