摘要
对部分代汞缓蚀剂及国内生产的无汞浆层纸进行了筛选,铋盐与非离子型表面活性剂复配缓蚀剂效果良好,可取代含汞缓蚀剂.较系统地测试了锌型电解液的性质,对其组成成分的影响进行了分析.研制的无汞R6P电池性能达到或超过了含汞电池水平.
Some of mercury-free corrosion inhibitors as well as mercury-free separators produced in China have been studied. It was shown that the intermixture of bismuth salts with non-ionic type surface-active agents delayed corrosion obviously and could be used in place of mercurial inhibitor. Properties of zinc chloride-based electrolyte solution were systematically tested,the roles of its components were analyzed and the adaptable composition of electrolyte was selected. The performances of mercury-free R6P batteries with use of these constituents were better than that of mercurial batteries.
