摘要
应用能谱分析方法考察离子注入钛在铅和铅锑合金表面层中的深度分布情况,以电子显微镜比较不同加速能量下注入钛离子前后铅和铅锑合金的耐腐蚀性能,讨论了注入钛离子加速能量对腐蚀行为的影响.为获得较好的防腐蚀效果而又不发生明显的钛元素偏析,注入钛离子时的加速能量控制在60keV附近为宜.
Depth profile of titanium in surfaces of lead and lead antimony alloy after ion implantation has been analyzed with energy spectrum. Their corrosion behaviors has been compared with scanning electron microscopy. The effect of speeding energy for ion implantation on the corrosion behaviors has been discussed. The fit speeding energy for titanium ion implantation was about 60 keV to obtain much more efficient improvement of the corrosion behaviors and avoid segregation of titanium.
