摘要 利用稀土元素(RE)替代砷配制了新型无砷稀土铝锑合金,考察了其硬度、析气性能和耐腐蚀性能,分析了合金腐蚀产物的组分,观察了合金的微观组织形态.结果表明,稀土铅锑合金具有作为免维护铅酸蓄电池所要求的高析氢过电位和强耐腐蚀性能,其硬度值达到了板栅合金的机械性能要求,腐蚀产物是导电性能良好的α-PbO_2,与Pb-Sb-As合金比较,采用此种板栅合金制做的蓄电池在充电和贮存时析气量小、耗水量少.因此稀土铅锑合金可以用作免维护铅酸蓄电池板栅合金材料. New kinds of Pb-Sb-RE alloys without arsenic were made up. Several performances such as hardness,corrosion resistance and evolving amount of hydrogen gas of these new alloys were examined. Microscopic morphology of the alloys were observed. The composition of corrosion products of the alloys was analyzed. The results showed that the new kinds of alloys were hard enough,had advanced corrosion resistance and evolved less amount of hydrogen gas than Pb-Sb-As alloy. The corrosion products of these new alloys were mainly a-PbO2 with good conductivity. Thus the alloys could be used as the grid material of maintenance-free lead-acid batteries.
