本文论述了河南电力调度信息管理系统的网络结构、网络功能及实现方法，井阐述了３＋网与ＳＣＡ－ＤＡ系统的关系、３＋网与３＋网之间的互连方式、３＋网与有线电视系统及程控交换系统之间的互联，以及软件设计思想。

In this paper the structure of an existingcomputer network with its functions of informationmanagement system for power dispatching and theways to apply them in practice are presented.The re-lation between 3+network and SCADA system. theinterconnection modefor two 3+ network5,the inter-connection ofa 3+network with a cable TV systemor with a program-controlled communication system isexpounded.The conception of software design is in-troduced in the paper too.
