送电线路对架空通信明线感应电压允许值的研究

摘要 随着电力工业的发展,500kV送电线路在各大区电网中将逐渐成为骨干线路。而500kV线路的继电保护装置,一般都采用两套完整、独立的全线速动保护,可以快速切除各种类型故障。国外如澳大利亚、芬兰、前苏联等国采用了比现行标准允许值高的标准,取得了肯定的经验。因此,按照切除故障时间来选定短时感应电压允许值是可行的。本文通过对人体电阻、电流通道串联总阻抗和心室纤颤临界电流的计算,进行电流持续时间与概率分析,提出用(2000~650)V/(0.1~0.5)s的危险电压允许值标准替代现行的650V/0.5s允许值标准,并不增加危险性。建议有关部门应尽力促进对我国的GB6830-86的修订。 Along with the development of electricpower industry in recent years,500 kV transmissionlines become the backbone transmission lines in thenetwork of various power pools.Two completed andindependent systems of fast reaction relay protectionare usually used for 500 kV transmission lines,so allkinds of faults can be cleared very quickly.Higher per-missible induced voltage values are used in foreigncountries,such as in Australia,Finland,former SovietUnion etc,and recognized experience has been got-ten. It is acceptable to choose perrnissible transient in-duced voltage value according to the clear time offault. Through the calculation for human body resis-tance,the series impedance of current path,and thecritical current that causes ventricular-fibillation,it isproved to substitute the new standard value(2000~650) V/(0.1~0.5)s permissible dangerous voltage forthe present standard value 650 V/0. 5s will not in-crease the dangerous degree. It is proposed to reviseand to modify the current National Standard GB6830-86 of China in this paper too.
