关于发展我国特高压输电的意见

SOME PROBLEMS ON DEVELOPMENT OF UHV POWER TRANSMISSION IN CHINA

根据我国二十一世纪电力工业大发展的前景，必然需要发展特高压输电。从世界范围来看，交流特高压和高压直流将长期并存，而交流特高压输变电设备是交流特高压和高压直流的基础。本文提出了我国特高压输电电压等级的选择和输变电设备开发的途径，并指出了我国已具有开发特高压输变电设备的技术基础，以及必须从现在起就开展交流特高压输电和输变电设备的前期科研工作的观点。

According to the development prospectof electric power industry in 2lst century, it is an in-evitable tendency to develop UHV power transmissionabove 500kV in China. The coexistence or UHV ACand HVDC with acute competition will last for a longperiod over the world,but the equipments for UHVAC are the common basis for UNV AC and HVDCpower transmission. In this paper the steps for selectr-ing UHV voltage class and the way for developing e-quipments of UHV power transmission are proposed. It is pointed out too that from now on the scientific re-search for equipments of UHV AC power transmissionmust be in progress.
