摘要 本文介绍了一种以基于计算机的过电流继电器来保护配电网的自适应系统的设计,概述了实现一个自适应系统所必需的软件和硬件,指出用于保护相对地故障的过电流继电器既要适应系统负荷和发电的变化,也要适应系统拓扑的变化。为研究自适应继电器的性能,作者考虑了被选定网络的四种运行状态。研究结果表明,采用自适应方法可以加快继电器的动作并改善保护系统的选择性。本文还给出了在自适应系统发生局部或全面故障时应当采用的运行策略的建议。 Design of an adaptive relaying scheme toprotect a distribution network using computer-basedovercurrent relays is presented. A reduced version ofthe“City of Saskatoon ”distribution network is selectedto implement the design scheme. The necessary softwareand hardware that are required to implement the adap-tive scheme,is outlined. The overcurrent relays whichare used for phase and ground fault protection,adaptto the changes of load and generation in the system aswell as changes in the system topology. Four operatingstates of the selected network are considered to study theadaptive relay performance. The system studies revealthat faster relay operatio and improved selectivity ofthe protection scheme can he achieved when adaptive ap-proach is used. This paper also outlines a proposed op-erating strategy in the event of partial or total failureof the adaptive system
