摘要 电力系统安全自动装置是保证系统安全稳定运行的必要手段。本文介绍了即将应用于实际电力系统的新一代智能切机装置的设计思想、硬件结构、软件功能。该装置是基于电网准实时数据、在线形成切机控制决策表,从而从根本上克服离线计算形成决策表的各种弊病。 At present,transient stahlity control isbased on off-line digital calculations of worst powerflow conditions to combine a series of strategy tables.If any emergency occurs the control equipment detectsfault,activates executive equipment according to therelated strategy tables. As a result,this control willlose excessive load when performed under any condi-tions beyond the tables. In addition,when power sys-tem configuration varies the above strategy tables willalso be changed,it is inconvenient in practical applica-tion. For these reasons,the authors began to investi-gate a new control method based on quasi-real-time in-formation,In such a method, for every 5 or 10 min-utes,transient stability calculation is performed foreach conceivable emergency,and the correspondingcontrol strategy and quantity is calculated. Thus ,thismethod will be not limited by operating conditions,power system configuration or power flows.Themethod in this paper will be applied to transient stabil-ity control of Hunjiang power plant which lies in Jilinprovince.
