摘要
本文从积雨云起电、大气空间电荷漂移和雷电先导发展等过程分析讨论了消雷理论，指出了消雷器仍是一种研制中的技术，需要多学科的协作研究与实验。
In this paper the lightning eliminationtheory on several developing process is reviewed,suchas the electrical generation of cumulonimbus, the at-mosphere charge drift process and the lightning leaderprocess,The lightning elimination is still a developingtechnique,thus further multi-subject cooperative re-search and experiments are necessary.
