摘要
本文通过对西北地区自然资源，尤其是对能源状况的分析，提出了西北地区将成为我国２１世纪的能源输出基地。本文还阐述了西北电网未来的发展目标和任务，并明确提出了西北电网高一级电压等级必将是７５０ｋＶ。
Based on the analysis of the natural re-sources,especially the energy resources in the North-west Region of China,the authors point out that this region will be the energy source base in next century. the future objective and task of development of north- west power system is also expounded in this paper,and it is put forward clearly that the upper voltageclass for northwest electric power system ought to be 75OkV.
