A practical software package for plant e-conomic characteristics curve determination and eco-nomical dispatch is introduced in this paper. The focusof the paper is on the structure and design guidelinesof the software,The inain function and algorithms ofthe software,such as the determination and smoothingof unit economic performance curve,plant economicdispatch, and the generation schedule is presented.
