摘要
根据电网频率运行的要求，对表征电网频率特性的频率衰减时间常数Ｔｆ、静态负荷频率调节系数ＫＬ进行了试验研究和理论分析计算。对系统功率缺额频率滑差６ｆ／ｄｔ和负荷频率反馈ｄｆ／ｄｔ进行了识别，为ＳＺＨ－２型数字周波继电器的ｄｆ／ｄｔ整定和低电压闭锁整定提供了可靠的参考。
According to the importance of frequen-cy in power system operation,the authors tested andcalculated the frequency attenuation time constant Tfand the static load frequency coefficient KL,whichcharacterinze the frequency variation of power system.In this paper the frequency deviation df/dt caused bypower shortage and the load frequency feedback df/dtare discriminated,it provides a reliable basis for thesetting of digital frequency relay.
