本文从开发电网调度领域专家系统的实践中，总结出专家知识应用开发中的实用性要点，提出了调度操作票专家系统必需具备操作全过程中几个重要环节的管理功能，才能提高系统的实用化水平。

In this paper the practical features forexpert knowledge application development are summa-rized according to the experience which is obtained inthe development of the Power Dispatch Expert Systemfor Fujian Power System.It is pointed out that the ap-plication level of the expert system could be improvedunless the management functions of several importantsegments in whole operation process are included inthe Operation Instruction Sheet Expert Svstem.
