This paper discusses model and implementation techniques for computer network interconnec-tion,It first describes interconnection models of ISO,DOD and Pup,then discusses main implementationtechniques including level of interconnection,internet addressing,routing,fragmentation and reassembly,folw and congestion control,security and error check,gateway and bridge,and protocol conversion.
