较详细地介绍了化学电源用隔膜电阻的两种测试方法——相对电阻率法和面积电阻法,两种测试方法的原理、使用仪器及测试线路、测试步骤等.分析了采用相对电阻率法和面积电阻法测出的隔膜电阻之间的关系,推导出在KOH电解液密度为 1.40g/cm^3时,隔膜面积电阻R_s与隔膜相对电阻率K的关系式为:R_s=2.2K·d(d:隔膜的湿厚度).讨论了面积电阻测试中的测试面积、隔膜厚度对测试结果的影响及面积电阻对分析电池性能的作用等问题.
The definition of resistance for separators used in electrochemical power sources and two approaches to determine the resistance with unit Q cm2(fi,)and K (resistivity of separator vs. resistivity of electrolyte having an equivalent volume and geometry to the separator) are introduced. The relation Rs = 2. 2K d is derived for KOH electrolyte with density 1. 40g/cms. The practicability of resistance in Q cm2 and the influence of testing area and separator's thickness on the test results are discussed.
