介绍了一种固体大容量电化学电容器的性能特点及制备方法.该电容为全固态,电荷呈体分布,电容量与指示电极材料的量(质量或体积)成正比关系,单位体积容量大(10F/cm^3,指示电极),在恒流充放电时电压与时间成很好的线性关系,可用于制造定时器及库仑计等.
The solid state electrochemical capacitor Ag/Ag6I4WO4/(Ag2S)0. 43 (Ag1.7Te)0.48-(Ag4P2O7)0. 04 is introduced. The fabrication process and energy storage property of this device are described. The capacitance measured is 10F/cm3 against the volume of indicator electrode. The voltage shows excellent linear relationship with time in the constant-current charge and discharge cycles,indicating a promising system for solid state coulometer.
