煤粉浓度对着火和火焰稳定有很大的影响,要得到对实际工程具有指导意义的最佳浓度和最低浓度,必须结合具体燃换器和燃烧工况、回流区热平衡模型可以近似求出开缝钝体和钝体燃烧器在一定工况下保证火焰稳定所需的最低煤粉浓度。以此为判据,模型对能否稳定燃烧的预测,与实验结果基本一致.
The pulverized-coal concentration has influence on ignition and flame stability greatly. The lowest pulverized-coal concentration needed by seamed blunt object and blunt object burner under ensuring flame stability and a certain condition can be calculated approximately by the thermal balance modelling in the reflow zone.
