摘要
本文在分析惯性分离器分离机理的基础上.根据百叶窗分离器的特点,推导建立了用于分析计算此种分离器分离效率的分区横模型。并将模型的计算结果与冷态度验结果进行了比较。两者吻合得较好,说明所提出的模型有一定的使用和参考价值。为已用于循环流化床锅炉的百叶窗分离器优化设计及进一步理论研究打下良好的基础。
A part-section lateral mixing model has been proposed on the basis of gas-solid separation mechanism of louver-type separators in this paper. According to this model, separation efficiency is mainly influenced by turning angle, number of blades and decreasing velocity coefficient etc. The theoretical results are good agree with cold experimental data and the part-section lateral mixing model is helpful in explaining the separation mechanism of louver-type separators.
